FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. What is NoaPure?
NoaPure is a ritual house. For four generations, our family has pressed olive and laurel oils into bars, distilled kolonya in copper, and woven textiles on wooden looms along Türkiye’s Aegean coast.
Rooted in Mediterranean traditions, NoaPure is what those recipes became when we asked them to travel.
We make rituals — and these are the things we make them with. A soap bar marks a moment to pause. A scent shapes the way a space feels. A textile or bath tool is an invitation to slow down.
Every bar, bottle, textile, and tool reflects the same approach: made slowly, crafted with care, and designed to be lived with.
Q2. Where are NoaPure products made?
Many NoaPure soap bars, textiles, and home products are crafted in Türkiye, along the country’s Aegean coast — a region shaped by Mediterranean traditions of soap making, textile weaving, and everyday care.
We work with selected makers and production partners whose techniques reflect the region’s long-standing craftsmanship.
Materials and manufacturing origins may vary by product. For information about a specific item, please review the individual product page or contact us at info@noapure.com.

Q4. What makes NoaPure soap bars different?
Each NoaPure soap bar is made in small batches along the Aegean coast using carefully selected oils, butters, clays, botanicals, and aromatic ingredients.
Our bars are cold-processed and cured for six weeks. During this time, excess water gradually evaporates, allowing each bar to develop its firm, long-lasting texture.
Each formula offers a different cleansing and sensory experience. For the most accurate information, please review the complete ingredient list and product details on the individual product page.
Q5. Which soap bar is right for me?
We organize our soap bars into seven ritual collections. Each offers a different aroma, texture, and cleansing experience:
The Botanical Soap Bars — Aloe vera, tea tree, lavender, and avocado for fresh, comforting everyday cleansing rituals.
The Grove Soap Bars — Mint, thyme, orange, fig, and grape for a crisp, aromatic cleansing experience.
The Aegean Soap Bars — Coastal botanicals, coconut, cedar patchouli, and hammam-inspired blends for a grounding daily ritual.
The Earth Soap Bars — Volcanic clay, red clay, activated carbon, sulphur, and mineral-rich botanicals that leave skin feeling clean and refreshed.
The Bloom Soap Bars — Jasmine, red rose, pomegranate, turmeric, and daphne for a soft, floral cleansing ritual.
The Alexandria Soap Bars — Milk, honey, argan, and shea butter formulas with a rich, creamy lather.
The Body Polish Soap Bars — Textured bars created for body cleansing, exfoliation, and an invigorating massage ritual.
Every formula is different. Review the full ingredient list on the individual product page and choose according to your skin’s preferences. If your skin is sensitive, patch test before regular use.

Q6. How do I use The Hamam Ritual?
The Hamam Ritual brings together four traditional bathing essentials: the Horsehair Brush, Hamam Bar, Turkish Towel, and Special Dust Eau de Cologne.
Step 1: Prepare
Begin with warm water and allow a few quiet moments for your body to settle into the ritual.
Step 2: Brush
Wet the skin and use the Horsehair Brush with gentle circular motions. Avoid irritated, broken, or especially sensitive areas. Rinse the brush after use and allow it to dry completely.
Step 3: Cleanse
Create a rich lather with the Hamam Bar and massage it gently onto damp skin. Rinse thoroughly. Allow the bar to dry completely between uses.
Step 4: Dry
Pat the skin dry with the Turkish Towel. Avoid vigorous rubbing, particularly after exfoliation.
Step 5: Finish
Complete the ritual with a light application of Special Dust Eau de Cologne, following the directions on the product label. Avoid contact with the eyes and irritated skin.
Move through each step at your own pace. The ritual is designed to bring greater intention to an everyday bathing moment.
Q7. Are NoaPure products vegan?
Ingredients and materials vary by product. Some NoaPure products contain animal-derived ingredients or materials, including goat milk, donkey milk, honey, pollen, propolis, or natural horsehair.
Please review the complete ingredient and material information on the individual product page before purchasing. If choosing a vegan product is important to you, contact us at info@noapure.com so we can help confirm the current formula and materials.
Q8. What should I consider if I have sensitive skin?
Every skin is different. Natural ingredients, essential oils, milk, honey, and fragrance can still cause sensitivity for some people.
Before regular use, review the complete ingredient list on the individual product page and test the lather on a small area of skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
If you prefer a gentler-feeling cleansing experience, begin with one bar and choose according to the formula, aroma, and how your skin feels after use. Aloe Vera, Goat Milk, and Red Rose Soap Bars each offer a different cleansing experience, but no single formula can be guaranteed to suit every sensitive skin type.
Q9. How long does a NoaPure soap bar last?
With daily use and proper drying between uses, a NoaPure soap bar will typically last around 4–6 weeks. This is an estimate, as the lifespan of each bar depends on:
• How often it is used
• How long it remains in contact with water
• How much lather is created during each use
• How it is stored between uses
To help your bar last longer, keep it away from direct shower spray and allow it to dry fully on a well-draining soap dish.
Our soap bars are cured for six weeks, allowing excess water to gradually evaporate and each bar to develop its firm texture before use.
Q10. How should I store my soap bar?
After each use, place your soap bar on a well-draining soap dish away from direct shower spray. Allow it to dry fully between uses.
Avoid leaving the bar in standing water or storing it in a closed container while it is still damp.
When traveling, allow the bar to dry before placing it inside a soap pouch or travel container.
Store unused soap bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
