Delivery Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from San Francisco. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order processing time is separate from the delivery time provided by the shipping carrier.

  1. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available.

  1. Shipping Fees

United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Standard shipping is $5.95 for smaller orders.

Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over US$129 (shown in CAD at checkout). Standard shipping is US$17 for smaller orders.

Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  1. Duties and Taxes (Canada and International)

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier on delivery. They are the customer’s responsibility.

Canadian customers: prices are shown in Canadian dollars for your convenience. Depending on your order value, GST/HST and import duties may apply when your package arrives.

  1. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.

  1. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@noapure.com. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
